Shipping Information

WallTech Systems ships to the 48 contiguous states only. This excludes shipping to any non-contiguous U.S. state or territory. Shipping is also not available to Canada, Mexico, or any other country.

A street address is required for all shipments. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipments should arrive within 7-10 business days.

Walltechsystems.com orders are subject to a calculated rate or a minimum shipping and handling fee of $12.50, whichever is greater.

 

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We are committed to making sure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you encounter a problem with your order due to missing parts, product damage, or a shipping error, please contact Customer Service by email at customerservice@walltechsystems.com or by phone at 678-515-3026 within 7 days of receipt of the product.

A Customer Service agent will work to correct you problem as expeditiously as possible by either:

  • Replacing your incorrect product with the correct product
  • Replacing damaged product with new product
  • Or shipping the missing parts you specify

The Customer Service agent will advise disposition of the incorrect or damaged product. In the event that a product replacement or parts are not available, we will refund the credit card you used for your original purchase.

If you change your mind regarding a WallTechSystems.com order and wish to cancel, you must contact us by no later than 9:00 AM EST the following day to cancel the order without incurring a 20% restocking fee.

In the case a return or refund is desired, the following conditions must be met. You may initiate a return for most items within 14 days of delivery. The original WallTech Systems order number or purchase information will be required to receive a refund.

A full product refund, less a 20% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred by us, will be issued when a non-defective or undamaged product is returned in new and unused condition.

You are responsible to pay the return shipping fee when you return a non-defective or undamaged product.

Please note that all refunds are made at the discretion of WallTech Systems.

Do not mail or ship products back to WallTech Systems without making arrangements with Customer Service.
